2 Day Event (Self Care Practice)
Natural Health & Healing Modalities

Daily Itinerary

Day 1

Morning

We will start each Day at 8AM with Morning Qigong & Grounding followed by some Herbal Tea and Breakfast before we set off on a 2 hour nature trail where we include self care practices such as Shinrin-yoku the Japanese healing art otherwise known as Forest Bathing. As we explore the natural surroundings during this walk there will be occasional opportunities to learn new life skills and self care practices such as Reiki for first aid and become aware of natural health and healing modalities such as grounding and aligning with the energies of the earth, tree's and natural environment.

We return to camp at 11AM where we will be discussing the history and origins of all three of these Eastern Wisdom Traditions Qigong, Reiki and Shinrin-yoku with Q&A before sitting down for lunch.

Lunch

We Stop for Lunch at 12.30pm until 2.00pm.
It's best to bring your own lunch and snacks with you as shops are not always convenient or open in certain remote areas.

Afternoon

Outdoor activity utilising the local services and amenities.
(Typically a 1 hour event)

3.30PM Pitch your tent and make a brew.

Evening

Evening Meal and Food Prep 5.00PM - 7.00PM
You are welcome to bring your own food for cooking on our fire pit, bring your own pots, pans, skewers and cutlery etc.
It's also a good idea to bring some drinking water with you as well as snacks.

7PM - 9PM Qigong, Stretching and Reiki self care practice and we can do a some star gazing if it's a good clear evening sky.

Day 2

Morning

(Optional)

If you feel like you want to and if we have a good clear sky, We can begin with some Sun Gazing and Meditation starting just 5 minutes before sunrise.

Notes on Food and Accommodation:
We do not provide food or accommodation, you are advised to secure your own accommodation, either a tent, caravan, campervan, Hotel or Bed and Breakfast or even self catering lodges or apartments may be available as an option for you to secure and book your own accommodation.

We may have a firepit for outdoor cooking, however cooking utensils and cutlery will not be provided. You are advised to bring your own food, water and snacks.

There may be near by facilities or restaurants which can also be utilised, however it is better to check opening times and availability prior to the event as booking may be essential.

Travelling to and from the event:
You are advised to arrange your own transport or car sharing may also be an option if you don't drive or have transport.
Our Events and Venues will always be in close proximity to local transport services.
