What to Expect
During this 1 hour workshop you will get to learn and experience Reiki as well as useful meditation practice for mindfulness of the body. We will cover sitting meditation, standing meditation and walking mediation. All aspects of this event can be really useful for self care practice, maintaining good health and can also help to assist with recovery to better health.
This group is designed to help anyone learn and develop skills for self care.
Reiki can be used in a variety of ways.
You can use Reiki to treat yourself, your loved ones, friends, family and pets.
Whether you are new to Reiki, have some experience or even if you're a Reiki Master?
Everyone is Welcome to attend this workshop.

How to Prepare
It is advisable to bring a waterproof jacket and have a good pair of walking boots or shoes for walking in and around the park. It may also be a good idea to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will be starting promptly at 3pm.
